Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every HYDRÉ order is covered by a 30-day guarantee. If your shower doesn't feel different within 30 days of delivery, email hello@lovehydre.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — you keep the showerhead, no return required.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your HYDRÉ arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover any return shipping if a return is needed.

Change of Mind

Outside the 30-day guarantee, we don't accept change-of-mind returns on used filter cartridges for hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused showerheads may be returned within 30 days of delivery at the customer's cost — contact us first for a return authorisation.

Subscriptions

Refills shipped under Subscribe & Save are final sale once dispatched, but you can skip, pause, or cancel any future shipment at any time before it's charged.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Duties or import taxes paid on delivery are set by local customs and are not refundable by us.
