Where We Ship

HYDRÉ ships worldwide from our fulfilment partner. Shipping is free and built into every price shown — there's no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–16 business days depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties & Import Taxes

Some countries charge duties or import tax on delivery. These are set by local customs, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not something HYDRÉ controls, collects, or refunds.

Subscription Refills

Subscribe & Save refills ship automatically on your billing schedule (every 2 months by default) to the address on file. Update your shipping address any time before a refill ships by contacting hello@lovehydre.com.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your order hasn't arrived after the estimated window, contact hello@lovehydre.com and we'll investigate with the carrier or send a replacement.
